At TSABUSA CARDS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Returns and Refund Eligibility: All products sold are factory sealed and in brand new condition from our national Pokémon Distribution Partners. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns on any Pokémon TCG products.
Manufacturer Defects or Errors: For any manufacturer defects or errors related to your purchase, please contact the Pokémon Company directly via their 'Card and Parts Replacement Policy' here: https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001000654-What-is-the-card-and-parts-replacement-policy-.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or customized products, including individual Pokémon cards, are non-refundable. Sale items and promotional items are also not eligible for refunds.
Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible products, please contact our customer support at AP@Tsabusa.cards to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Limited Liability: TSABUSA CARDS is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. Refunds are issued solely for the product cost, excluding any shipping fees paid during the original purchase.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future transactions.
