These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.tsabusa.cards and purchases made from Tsabusa Cards LLC ("Tsabusa Cards," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an order, or purchasing a product from Tsabusa Cards, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below.

Please review these Terms before using our website or completing a purchase.

1. About Tsabusa Cards

Tsabusa Cards LLC is a Miami, Florida–based retailer specializing in trading card games, collectibles, accessories, and related merchandise.

Our inventory may include products from Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Union Arena, Flesh & Blood, Sorcery, Weiß Schwarz, Kayou, Topps, Funko, and other manufacturers, brands, and product categories.

Product availability and selection may change at any time.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to enter into the transaction.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Your purchase is for a lawful purpose.

If you are under the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, you may use our website only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product names, descriptions, images, prices, quantities, language, condition, and other relevant information.

Because our inventory includes collectible merchandise, product availability may change quickly.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities.

• Correct errors in product information.

• Update product descriptions.

• Cancel or reject orders when inventory is unavailable.

• Discontinue products.

• Limit sales when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

If we cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Product Images and Variations

Product images are provided to help identify merchandise but may not always reflect minor packaging revisions, manufacturer updates, promotional markings, or other cosmetic variations.

When a product contains random or assorted designs, characters, cards, artwork, packaging, or other variations, the product page may indicate that the specific version received can vary.

Purchasing a randomized or assorted product does not guarantee a particular design, card, character, rarity, or collectible result unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

6. Trading Card Game Products

Many products sold by Tsabusa Cards are collectible Trading Card Game products.

Due to the nature of sealed TCG merchandise, sealed TCG products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once purchased, subject to the exceptions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Opening, altering, or breaking the factory seal of a sealed TCG product makes that product ineligible for a standard return.

Verified shipping damage, lost shipments, incorrect items, and fulfillment errors are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Live Rip and Ship Products

Certain products may be offered for opening during a Tsabusa Cards live stream.

When a product is clearly designated as a live rip, live opening, rip and ship, or similar service, purchasing that product authorizes Tsabusa Cards to open the purchased product on the customer's behalf during or in connection with a live stream.

Once a live-rip product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged based on the contents, card values, pull results, rarity, or customer preference.

This does not remove remedies available for verified fulfillment errors, missing items, or shipping-related issues after the opened merchandise is shipped to the customer.

Products not designated as live-rip products will be shipped in the condition described on their applicable product pages.

8. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

The price applicable to an order is the price presented to the customer at checkout when the purchase is completed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order when a material pricing error, technical error, or inventory error has occurred.

9. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and applicable tax requirements.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges that legally apply to their purchases unless those amounts are collected by Tsabusa Cards at checkout.

10. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed unless Tsabusa Cards expressly provides another payment arrangement.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. Tsabusa Cards does not control the processing times or internal policies of a customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

11. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered fulfillment.

We may cancel an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary because of:

• Inventory shortages.

• Pricing or listing errors.

• Payment authorization problems.

• Suspected fraud.

• Shipping restrictions.

• Duplicate or abusive orders.

• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the transaction.

If Tsabusa Cards cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers should contact AP@Tsabusa.cards as soon as possible if they request an order change or cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

12. Preorders

Products identified as preorders are sold before inventory is available for immediate shipment.

Estimated release and fulfillment dates may change because of manufacturers, distributors, transportation delays, allocation changes, or other circumstances.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, release dates displayed on preorder listings are estimates.

Preorder-specific terms displayed on a product page form part of the conditions of that purchase.

13. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, subject to the circumstances described in our Shipping Policy.

Tsabusa Cards offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $50 as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are presented during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lost shipments, transit damage, carrier delays, incorrect deliveries, and other shipping issues are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

We do not require customers to resolve verified lost or transit-damaged shipments entirely on their own with the shipping carrier.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, lost shipments, incorrect items, and fulfillment errors are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

In summary:

• Sealed TCG products are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

• Eligible non-TCG merchandise may qualify for return under the conditions and timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

• Verified lost shipments, transit damage, incorrect items, and Tsabusa Cards fulfillment errors may qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund.

• When an exchange is provided instead of a refund, the original shipping charge is not separately refunded.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.

15. Manufacturer Defects

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, replacement program, or defect policy.

A manufacturing defect is different from damage occurring during shipping.

Customers who are unsure whether an issue involves transit damage or a manufacturer defect may contact Tsabusa Cards for assistance identifying the appropriate process.

16. Intellectual Property

The Tsabusa Cards name, branding, website design, original graphics, text, logos, and other original Tsabusa Cards content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, characters, artwork, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of a third-party product does not imply that Tsabusa Cards owns the intellectual property associated with that product.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, live-streaming platforms, and other technology providers.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Tsabusa Cards is not responsible for the content or operation of unrelated third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Commit fraud or another unlawful act.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Scrape, copy, or exploit website content in violation of applicable law.

• Abuse promotions, payment systems, refunds, chargebacks, or customer-service processes.

• Place orders using payment methods you are not authorized to use.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Tsabusa Cards, or our service providers from suspected fraud or abuse.

19. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping, or other information.

We may correct such errors when discovered.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include contacting the customer, correcting the order, or canceling and refunding the affected transaction.

20. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available without interruption.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

21. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products and website services are provided subject to the warranties and protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or reduce consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Collectible products may fluctuate in secondary-market value. Tsabusa Cards does not guarantee the future value, resale value, investment performance, pull rate, rarity outcome, or appreciation of any collectible product unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated in writing.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tsabusa Cards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of merchandise when such liability may legally be limited.

Nothing in this section eliminates Tsabusa Cards' obligations under our Shipping Policy or Refund & Return Policy for verified lost shipments, transit damage, incorrect items, refunds, or fulfillment errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Tsabusa Cards LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of the rights of another person.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. No Waiver

Failure by Tsabusa Cards to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on this page with its most recent update date.

Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not remove rights that have already accrued under a completed transaction.
