  1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website, services, or purchasing products from TSABUSA CARDS, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and any other policies we make available. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Products and Inventory All products sold by TSABUSA CARDS are factory sealed and in brand new condition from our national Pokémon Distribution Partners. We do not sell used or previously opened products. Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, we do not accept returns on any Pokémon TCG products in order to maintain the integrity of our inventory.

  3. Order Placement and Payment Orders must be placed through our online store. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via secure methods provided at checkout. All orders are subject to availability, and TSABUSA CARDS reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, inventory, or fraudulent activity.

  4. Shipping and Delivery We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control. TSABUSA CARDS is not responsible for delays or losses that occur during shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Manufacturer Defects or Errors For any manufacturer defects or errors related to your purchase, please contact the Pokémon Company directly through their 'Card and Parts Replacement Policy' at https://support.pokemon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001000654-What-is-the-card-and-parts-replacement-policy-.

  6. No Warranty All trading card collectibles are sold "as is." TSABUSA CARDS makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the condition of the trading card collectibles sold.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSABUSA CARDS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes but is not limited to losses related to shipping delays, product defects, or other issues beyond our control.

  8. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and product listings, is the intellectual property of TSABUSA CARDS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
